Username: Example: 012345-000 Username is your 6 digit member number and must include leading zero(s) followed by the dash and 3 zeros.
Password: Example: Doe Password is your last name as it appears on your billing statement.
Once you login to the site, you will be prompted to change your password to something more secure. For security reasons, your username and password should be a minimum of 6 letters and numbers combined and should not remain something generic. You can change your username or password at anytime by going to My Profile on the member web-site.
