The University Club offers the Picnic Area & the Nature Park to its Members & their guests for outings and special events. Groups are allowed to bring their own food. When the area is reserved, groups will have full usage of the area including the Pavilion and the surrounding hiking trails throughout the woodlands. The fee for usage must be paid the day of the event:
1 - 49 people $25.00
50- 99 people $50.00
100 - 149 people $75.00
150 - 200 people $100.00
Seating is available for 72 people underneath the Pavilion.
Electricity and water are available at the Pavilion.
Campfires are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for the behavior of their guests during the event.
The University Club is not responsible for alcoholic consumption at the site.
The site is to be left in a clean and natural state and trash receptacles are provided. The Member Sponsor will be financially responsible for all damage or additional expense for clean up and repairs.
