The Lutz Ballroom
Our second largest room is perfect for groups ranging from 150 people for a sit down lunch or dinner, 130 people for a buffet lunch or dinner, or up to 200 for hors d' oeuvres. This room is carpeted but a dance floor is available upon request. Another added feature to this room is the beautiful Rose Garden off the back of the ballroom that is perfect for pictures or just relaxing with friends.
Rental Rates:
There is a $2000 food and beverage minimum for this space.
Members do not pay a room rental fee if the food and beverage minimum is met. If not the room rental fee of $400 applies.
$400 for all non-member events
$700 room rental fee if no food is purchased
