Holding an event at the University Club is a great experience. The University Club has a wide variety of banquet and meeting spaces. Whether your group is 3 or 300, we have a space that is just right for you. You do not have to be a member of the University Club to have an event here, but it is cheaper if you are! Set-Up/Clean-Up Fee: This fee of $2/person is in place for all of our meeting spaces.
Food and Beverage Minimum: The minimum requirement for food and beverage spending varies based on which room you are using. Please view the pages for each room to see the Food and Beverage Minimum for the space. You can also view our menus page to see what food and beverage options are available to you!
Room Rental Fee: The Room Rental Fee is only charged to those who are not members of the University Club. Non-members may be sponsored by a member in order to have this fee waived as well. The Room Rental Fee also varies based on which room you are using. Please view the pages for each room to see the Room Rental Fee for the space.
The above costs include the room along with the tables, chairs, linens, and place settings for the space. All of our spaces have projector screens and are capable of adding a dance floor, bar, and microphone for an additional cost. Please see our menus page to view the possible additions and their costs.
Ballroom and Dining Room: The biggest of our available spaces is the Lutz Ballroom in combination with our Main Dining Room. By opening up the division between these two rooms, we are able to offer a room that fits up to 300 people. Click here for information on this space.
Lutz Ballroom: Our ballroom is a beautiful area for weddings, personal and corporate events. Fitting up to 150 people, this room is perfect for your next occasion! Click here for more information on the Lutz Ballroom.
University Room: The Murphy University Room is one of our two mid-sized rooms. With space for up to 70 people, this room is well-suited for a gathering of family and friends or your organization's next meeting. Click here for more information on the University Room.
State Room: The State Room is slightly more intimate and is appropriate for groups of up to 40 people. Click here for more information on the State Room.
Conference Room: The Wolfpack Club Conference Room is our smallest room and has a large conference table that seats 16 people. If you choose not to utilize the conference table, you are able to add smaller tables into the room for groups of less than 25. Click here for more information on the Conference Room.
