Chef Alan Gould's 25 years of food service experience equips him to lead our team of culinary experts.
Alan joined our team in 2014. He has experience as an Executive Chef at various resorts, hotels, and private clubs. He oversees all aspects of food creation at the Club including all dinner, banquets, buffets, and a la carte menus.
During his career, he was asked twice to cook at the James Beard House, which is run by a foundation in NYC that supports and nurtures American culinary arts.
"In my kitchen, I strive to purchase the freshest ingredients, making frequent trips to the NC Farmer's Market for produce," states Chef Alan. "We only serve 100% Certified Angus Beef whether it's for our terrific burgers or our tender steaks. Quality food is at the heart of all great cooking."
