It is our exceptional service, expansive menu options and convenient location (right off I-440 exit 3) that make the University Club the perfect choice for your next event!

A room rental at the University Club includes dedicated private event space, experienced full-service staff, ample easy-access parking, phenomenal and convenient on-site catering, use of tables, chairs, table settings and linens for your room, access to outdoor space, and the ability to add dance floors, PA equipment and more to your set up!

Pricing for private events typically includes:
  • Room Rental Fee (Dependent on Room Selection)

  • Catering Minimum Requirement (Dependent on Room Selection)

  • $5/Person Set Up and Clean Up Fee

  • and Any Extra Charges for Additions to the Room

Please keep in mind that the room rental fee is WAIVED for members of the University Club and the guests they sponsor so long as the catering minimum is met.

With over 20 years of experience hosting weddings, business functions, club meetings, social gatherings and more at the University Club, our Banquet Sales Manager, Cassie Parks, is here to guide you through the process start to finish. She will assist in scheduling your event, planning the room layout, selecting your menu and so much more!
